【摘要】 为验证硫酸头孢喹肟乳房注入剂对奶牛临床型乳房炎的治疗效果,我们将确诊的56个临床型乳房炎的病例,随机分成4组,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别给予高、中、低剂量的硫酸头孢喹肟乳房注入剂(8g:75mg/支)治疗;Ⅳ组给予对照药物氨苄西林钠、氯唑西林钠乳房注入剂(5.0g氨苄西林0.075g+氯唑西林0.2g)治疗。挤奶消毒乳头后灌注给药,每日2次(间隔12小时),连续用药3次。试验结果表明,硫酸头孢喹肟乳房注入剂治疗由乳房链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等引起的奶牛临床型乳房炎具有很好的疗效,可促进奶牛临床乳房炎的恢复,提高奶质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 A trial was carried out to assess the efficacy of cefquinome sulfate intramammary infusion in the treatment of clinical mastitis in dairy cows.Fifty-six cows were randomly assigned to one of the following treatment groups.1)150 mg of cefquinome,2) 75 mg of cefquinome,3)37.5 mg of cefquinome,4)75 mg of ampicillin and 200 mg of cloxacillin.Milk out the affected quarters. After cleaning and disinfecting the teat,the contents of syring should be infused three times at 12-h intervals.This study confirmed the efficacy of cefquinome sulfate intramammary infusion in the treatment of clinical mastitis in the lactating dairy cows caused by Streptococcus uberis, Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli.It indicated that cefquinome therapy can improve recovery of mastitic cows and quality of milk.更多还原
