进境狐狸中病原菌的分离鉴定及其致病性研究

【摘要】 为了查明进境狐狸的死亡原因,对死亡狐狸进行解剖和组织病理学检查,通过血琼脂培养、革兰氏染色镜检、链激酶试验、杆菌肽敏感试验、CAMP试验和触酶试验,开展细菌分离、生化鉴定和致病性研究,结果从死亡狐狸中检出停乳链球菌和马链球菌,并证明分离的停乳链球菌对小鼠有致病性,M.L.D为3.32×107活菌数,LD50为9.55×107活菌数。提示在进出口动物贸易中应加强疫病检疫,关注在运输途中温湿度、通风性和栖息环境条件以及条件性致病菌的危害。
【Abstract】 To find out the reason for the death of import foxes,Dissection and tissue pathogenic examination was performed to those dead import foxes,The bacteria were isolated by blood agar culture,And gram stain,streptokinase test,bacitracin test,CAMP test,catalase test,and inoculation test of mice were performed for the bio-chemical identification and pathogenicity study respectively. Streptococcus dysgalactiae and Streptococcus equi were isolated from the dead foxes,and the former proved to be pathogenic to mice. The M.L.D is 3.32×107 viable bacteria and LD50 is 9.55×107 viable bacteria.The result reminds us that great attention should be attached to the safety of public health and the threat of conditional pathogenic bacteria along the transportation.Measures should be taken to maintain the proper temperature and humid,good ventilation and enough room for rest during the journey to reduce the fatigue and to ensure the safety of the animals.
