【摘要】 本研究探讨了三种益生菌对鸡新城疫疫苗的免疫增效作用,其结果为三种益生菌对鸡新城疫弱毒苗的免疫增效作用是蜡样芽孢杆菌>枯草芽孢杆菌>粪链球菌Q6 8,而且三个试验组均可以将抗体高峰期提前一周,同时可以避免单独进行新城疫活苗免疫第一周抗体下降的现象的发生。最后从抗体效价、维持时间等多方面考察最终确定为对新城疫弱毒苗最理想的免疫增效剂为蜡样芽孢杆菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immunopotentiation function of three kinds of probiotics to Newcastle disease vaccine were investigated in this research.Results of experiment indicated that the immunopotentiation function for three kinds of probiotics to Newcastle disease vaccine was Bacillus cereus>Bacillus subtilis>Streptococcus faecalis;Moreover,the antibody peak could be reached ahead of schedule for one week in all three group.At the same time,the phenomenon that antibody decline in the first week if Newcastle disease vaccine was used alone was avoided.Finally,Bacillus cereus was chosen to be the best immunopotentiator to Newcastle disease vaccine through evaluated from antibody titer and stage maintenance aspects.更多还原
