【摘要】 对5头发情周期明显的母水牛定期进行颈静脉采血,利用酶联免疫分析方法（ELISA）测定了发情周期血样中的促卵泡素（FSH）、促黄体素（LH）、雌二醇（E₂）和孕酮（P₄）四种激素的浓度变化。结果表明,血清中FSH和LH的含量均由排卵前的第4d开始缓慢上升,排卵当天达到峰值水平,在排卵后又明显下降;E₂在排卵前1d出现峰值水平,在排卵后第9d又出现一个小波峰;P₄含量在排卵后的第5d明显上升,第13d时达峰值,在排卵前3d下降至最低水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five female healthful Buffalo were seleeted,and blooded from vein in every two days in a estrous cycle.The concentration of FSH,LH,estradiol（E₂） and progesterone（P₄） in the serum were measured by ELISA,and were assayed during the estrous cycle.The result showed that,the concentration,both of FSH and LH,began to increase slowly from the 4^th day after ovulation and reached to a peak on the next ovulation day.The concentration of E₂ reached to a peak on the 9^th day after ovulation,and the day before the next ovulation.The concentration of P₄ began to increase slowly on the 5^th day after ovulation and reached to the peak on the 13^th day,then declined to the lowest level on the 3^th day before the next ovulation.更多还原
