母水牛发情周期生殖激素水平变化的研究

【摘要】 对5头发情周期明显的母水牛定期进行颈静脉采血,利用酶联免疫分析方法(ELISA)测定了发情周期血样中的促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P4)四种激素的浓度变化。结果表明,血清中FSH和LH的含量均由排卵前的第4d开始缓慢上升,排卵当天达到峰值水平,在排卵后又明显下降;E2在排卵前1d出现峰值水平,在排卵后第9d又出现一个小波峰;P4含量在排卵后的第5d明显上升,第13d时达峰值,在排卵前3d下降至最低水平。

【Abstract】 Five female healthful Buffalo were seleeted,and blooded from vein in every two days in a estrous cycle.The concentration of FSH,LH,estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P4) in the serum were measured by ELISA,and were assayed during the estrous cycle.The result showed that,the concentration,both of FSH and LH,began to increase slowly from the 4th day after ovulation and reached to a peak on the next ovulation day.The concentration of E2 reached to a peak on the 9th day after ovulation,and the day before the next ovulation.The concentration of P4 began to increase slowly on the 5th day after ovulation and reached to the peak on the 13th day,then declined to the lowest level on the 3th day before the next ovulation.
