绵羊妊娠识别与胚胎附植调控机制

【摘要】 在哺乳动物妊娠过程中,母体和胚胎相互作用的信号联系是很重要的方面。在胚胎附植期间,胚胎与母体卵巢和子宫内膜之间存在复杂的分子信号联系,对于调控附植前胚胎的发育和附植是必需的。目前,仅仅发现很少的几种因子参与了胚胎母体的分子联系。在绵羊和其它反刍动物上,由胚胎伸长期间滋养层分泌的干扰素tau被认为是一种妊娠识别信号,具有抑制黄体溶解的特性。然而,这只是复杂的胚胎附植过程中胚胎与母体作用信号的一个方面,在绵羊上已经查明有许多子宫内膜分泌蛋白对于囊胚的发育和附植具有潜在的调控作用,其中包括糖基化细胞黏附分子-1、整合素、骨桥蛋白和多种生长因子等。本文重点叙述了绵羊及其它动物胚胎附植前涉及的抑制黄体溶解和附植的分子调节机制。通过对附植的比较生物学研究也有助于揭示和了解调节动物胚胎附植的相关生理、激素、细胞和分子机制,从而确定家畜妊娠失败的原因,并为提高家畜和人类妊娠率提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Implantation is a complicated physiological process of mammals including apposition, adhesion,conjunction and invasion,et al.It is known that appropriate endometrial development is essential for normal implantation.Previous research has demonstrated that embryo must be able to interact with the endometrium that produces appropriate cellular molecules. Interferon-tau(IFN-s) is a secreted conceptus protein which plays a critical role in the establishment of ruminant pregnancy by its antiluteolytic and antiviral effects.However,this is one of aspect in complicated molecular relationship of implantation.These events are accompanied by significant changes in the tissue concentration of various adhesion molecules, intergrin,osteopontin(OPN),cytokines,hormones,enzymes and growth factors,all of which may be crucial in initiating the feto-maternal relationship.Various adhesion molecules,especially integrin,have been demonstrated that they plays an important role during implantation in many mammals.This article describe the molecular regulated mechanisms of implantation in ovine and other mammals,which may contribute to understand the mechanism of domestic animals early embryo implantation and provide guidance for improving the in vitro culture system or embryos survival and pregnancy rates post-transfer in subsequent researches.
