【摘要】 应用单细胞凝胶电泳技术(SCGE),对山羊精子DNA的损伤情况进行研究。结果表明,不同程度冷冻均会对山羊精子DNA造成损伤:未冻鲜精彗星率极显著低于冷冻(无抗冻保护)鲜精(P<0.01);冷冻鲜精(无抗冻保护)彗星率分别极显著高于1%β-巯基乙醇处理的解冻冻精组(P<0.01)和显著高于2%β-巯基乙醇处理的解冻冻精组(P<0.05)。β-巯基乙醇两浓度组彗星率差异不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of cryopreservation on the DNA damage of goat sperm was studied and the method of single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE) was a simple and valid way to examine the damage of the sperms.The result indicated that different level of cryopreservation can cause goat sperm DNA damage,and compared with the fresh sperm it had remarkable difference(P<0.05 anf P<0.01),theβ-mercaptoethanol caused DNA damage too,but the comparision between 1%and 2%level of P-mercaptoethanol didn’t show statistical difference (P>0.05).更多还原
