利木赞牛超数排卵研究
Study on superovulation of Limousin

【摘要】 本试验研究了激素剂量和季节对利木赞牛超数排卵的影响,为获得高效稳定的利木赞牛超排程序奠定基础。研究结果表明:用总剂量分别为340 mg、300 mg和260 mg的Folltropin-v对利木赞牛进行超排,340 mg和300 mg组的超排效果显著好于260 mg组(P<0.05);43d后对所有供体牛用总剂量为300 mg的Folltropin-v进行第二次超数排卵的研究结果表明300 mg是用Folltropin-v对利木赞牛进行超数排卵的最佳剂量;在春季、秋季和冬季对利木赞牛超排的研究表明季节对利木赞牛超数排卵效果有显著影响,且春季获得的可用胚数显著低于秋季和冬季(P<0.05),秋季和冬季之间差异不显著。
【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Folltropin-v dose and season on superovulation of Limousin laying the foundation for obtaining efficient and stable superovulation technology of Limousin.The results showed that injecting total dose of 340mg and 300mg Folltropin-v could could obtain better superovulatory responses than that of total dose of 260mg.Forty-three days latter,all the donors were superovulated again by injecting total dose of 300mg Folltropin-v and the results showed that the optimal dose of Folltropin-v for superovulation of Limousin is 300mg.The results also indicated that season significantly affect the number of transferable embryos where more transferable embryos could be obtained in autum and winter than that in spring.
