不同海拔地区牦牛心肌、骨骼肌线粒体氧自由基代谢的研究
Research of Oxygen Free Radical of Myocardial and Skeletal Muscle Mitochondrion in Different Altitude District Yak

【摘要】 对青海省玛多和刚察两县牦牛心肌、骨骼肌组织中肌红蛋白(Mb),心肌、骨骼肌中线粒体总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定。结果:玛多牦牛心肌、骨骼肌中Mb含量均高于刚察牦牛,但差异不显著(P>0.05);玛多牦牛心肌、骨骼肌线粒体中T-AOC,SOD,GSH-PX酶活性均显著高于刚察牦牛(P<0.05),而LDH活性显著低于刚察牦牛(P<0.05),玛多牦牛骨骼肌和心肌线粒体MDA含量低于刚察牦牛(P<0.05)。结论:在高原低氧环境下,牦牛心肌、骨骼肌线粒体抗氧化能力随海拔高度的升高而增强,表明牦牛对高原低氧环境具有显著的适应性。
【Abstract】 Determination of MyogLobin(Mb) in myocardial and skeletal muscle and the activities of Total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Glutathion peroxidase(GSH-PX),Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),Maleic Dialdehyde(MDA) in myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochondrion in Maduo and Gangcha county Yak was determined.The result showed:The Mb content in myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochondrion in Maduo county Yak were higher than that of Gangcha county Yak(P>0.05),The activities of T-AOC,SOD,GSH-PX in myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochondrion in Maduo county Yak were higher significantly than that of Gangcha county Yak(P<0.05),the LDH activities of myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochondrion in Maduo county Yak were lower significantly than that of Gangcha county Yak(P<0.05) and The MDA content in myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochondrion in Maduo county Yak were lower significantly than that of Gangcha county Yak (P<0.05),In conclusion:On the plateau,it suggested that oxidationresistance of myocardial and skeletal muscle mitochondrion in Yak were increase with increase of altitude and the preferable hypoxia adaptation mechanism is of prime importance for Yak.
