【摘要】 本试验通过观察瘤组织在治疗过程中的变化,探究了康莱特注射液与NDV联合治疗肿瘤的协同作用。本实验通过建立S₃₇肿瘤模型鼠,将48只S₃₇肿瘤模型鼠随机分成4组,即对照组、NDV治疗组、康莱特治疗组和NDV联合康莱特治疗组。从建立肿瘤模型当日起4 d、8 d、12 d、16 d取各组肿瘤制作石蜡切片,用HE染色法观察荷瘤小鼠瘤组织的形态学变化。结果表明,NDV弱毒和康莱特注射液联用组的瘤组织坏死程度最高,其次是康莱特单用组,最后是NDV单用组。本研究从形态学方面探究了NDV和康莱特联合治疗肿瘤的机制,可为运用生物因素治疗肿瘤提供一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study determined changes on cancer tissue by HE staining in curing cancer by NDV and Kanglaite injiection.To explore the influnce of pathological in cancer therapy by biogical factors.After building the cancer models,48 cancer models were divided into four groups.Those are control group, NDV group,Kanglaite injection group and NDV+Kanglaite group.From the day building the cancer models,tumors were removed from every group in the 4^th,8^th,12^th,16^th day respectively.By making olefin slice,we observed the pathological changes in tumors in way of HE Staining.The results suggested that all group have significant difference with control group in pathological changes.NDV and Kanglaite injection group have strongest depressions than Kanglaite injection group and finally NDV group.The study inquiried a mechanism for the NDV treatment of tumor.It may provide a theoretical basis in cancer therapy by biogical factors.更多还原
