【摘要】 防御素是生物体内先天性免疫系统中的一类短肽,是内源性抗微生物肽中的一个大家族。根据防御素分子内半胱氨酸的位置和连接方式、前体性质及表达位置的差异可分为α-防御素、β-防御素、θ-防御素、植物防御素和昆虫防御素五种类型。防御素具有广谱的抗微生物活性,无论在细胞内或细胞外,都可以直接杀死细菌、真菌、病毒等病原微生物,同时对某些恶性肿瘤细胞也有毒杀作用。防御素作为一种新型的宿主防御肽进行免疫调节,维持机体内环境的稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Defensins are small peptides of the innate immune system of organism,Defensins are a big family among endogenous antimicrobial peptides.According to the differences of the position and connect manner of cysteines,the property of precursors,the position of expression,defensins are devided into five subfamilies:a-defensin,g-defensin,0-defensin,plant defensin and insect defensin.The peptides have antimicrobial activity against a broad spectrum of microbes.Depending on the cell,they will kill bacterium, eumycete,virus and some malignant tumor cells no matter in the intracellular or extracellular compartment. Defensins,which act as a novel host defense peptides,participate in multiple aspects of immunoregulation as well as in maintaining homeostasis.更多还原
