【摘要】 采集广东省广州、开平等地养鸽场的具有神经症状、呼吸困难、下痢等特征的可疑病死鸽的病料,从肝脏、脾脏、脑、胰腺等组织中分离病毒。经HA、HI、生物学特性等方面的检测、鉴定及动物回归实验,判定该株病毒为鸽禽Ⅰ型副粘病毒。通过肌肉注射该病毒对1月龄的未免疫鸽进行攻毒试验,结果表明,该分离株的病毒毒力与中等毒力的NDV相当,对鸽具有高致病力,表现为全身性感染,造成全身性严重损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Samples were collected from dead pigeons characterized by nervous syndrome,dyspnea and diarrhea from pigeon farms in Guangzhou and Kaiping of Guangdong province.Pathogenes were isolated from liver,spleen,brain and pancreas.The virus was evaluated as pigeon paramyxovirus type I(PPMV-I) by the HA,HI,bionomics assay and regression experiments.By toxicity determination,the ICPI,MDT and IVPI were 1.0,56h and 1.18,respectively.On this basis,by intramuscular injection of pigeon paramyxovirus type I to the non-vaccinated pigeons aged 1 month,the clinical signs,gross pathology, histopathology,ultrapathology,localization and distribution of the viral antigen were systematically studied.更多还原
