【摘要】 本试验以大发乌骨蛋鸡为研究对象,进行阿奇霉素的急性毒性试验。方法:一次性灌服药物,研究试验鸡对阿奇霉素的毒性反应和病理变化。结果:阿奇霉素对鸡的半数致死量(LD50)为4.57g/kg,雏鸡急性中毒20分钟后,出现明显的临床症状,主要表现为精神萎靡,呼吸困难,食欲减退,且呈明显的量效关系。组织学变化主要见肝细胞颗粒变性和脂肪变性;肺淤血;肾小管上皮细胞和消化道粘膜上皮变性坏死。结论:阿奇霉素急性中毒会广泛损害雏鸡肝、肺、肾和肠等多种组织器官,甚至引起这些组织器官的变性坏死。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute Toxicity experiment of Azithromycin was conducted with Dafa black bone egg chickens. The clinical signs and histopahtological changes were observed in chickens intragastrically administrated with Azithromycin.The results showed that the half lethal dose(LD₅₀) was 4.57g/kg body weight,and the affected birds showed obviously clinical symptoms in dose-dependent relationship 20 minutes after administration,which characterized as depression,dyspneic respiration and loss of appetite. Histopathologically,the hepatocytes were granular degeneration and fatty degeneration,the lung was congested,the epithelium of renal tubule and intestine were degenerated and necrotic.It is concluded that acute toxicity of azithromycin could damage liver,lung,kidney,intestines and other organs,or even led to the destruction of these organs.更多还原
