铜钼对小鼠肾脏TNF-α蛋白表达的影响

【摘要】 为研究高钼低铜对小鼠肾脏TNF-α蛋白表达的影响,80只雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为四组.通过在饮水中添加不同剂量浓度的钼及铜,建立动物模型.在试验处理第90d时,采样研究高钼低铜对小鼠肾脏组奴病理学及TNF-α的表达的影响.结果显示,高钼组小鼠肾脏组奴肾小体靠拢,部分肾小球发生萎缩,间质中有大量炎性细胞浸润,有新月体出现.与对照组相比,高钼组肾脏TNF-α蛋白表达量上升15.60%(P<0.01);与低铜组相比,高钼低铜组肾脏TNF-α蛋白表达量上升24.60%(P<0.01);与高钼组相比,高钼低铜组肾脏TNF-α蛋白表达量上升7.14%(P<0.05).结果表明:高剂量钼导致肾脏发生明显的病理组织学损伤,显著提高了小鼠肾脏TMF-α的表达,低铜加剧了钼的毒性作用.

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of molybdenum or copper on the TNF-αexpression of kidney in mice,eighty female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups.Animal models were established by adding molybdenum or copper into drinking water.On the 90th day,kidneys were collected to be researched.The results are as follows:In the High Molybdenum group,the renal corpuscles closed together,some of them appeared adhesion,plenty of inflammatory cells infiltration,and a little of crescent were observed.Compare with the control group,the lever of TNF-αexpression were significantly increased by 15.60%in the HM group(P<0.01);The lever of TNF-αexpression were significantly increased by 24.60%in the HMLC group (P<0.01),compared with the control group;Compare with the HM group,the lever of TNF-αexpression increased by 7.14%in the HMLC group(P<0.05).The results indicated that,excessive molybdenum induced sever damage in the kidney.The lever of TNF-αexpression was obviously increased.Deficiency copper aggravated the molybdenum toxic action in kidney.
