【摘要】 为了比较自拟中药复方热痢净和寒痢宁对犊牛腹泻的治疗效果,将自然发病的腹泻病例分为热证和寒证,分别采用热痢净和寒痢宁治疗热证和寒证犊牛腹泻,并与痢菌净治疗组作对照,结果表明:热痢净治疗热证犊牛腹泻,治愈率达到84.9%,有效率高迭93.9%,均显著优于痢菌净(P<0.05);寒痢宁治疗寒证犊牛腹泻,有效率不如痢菌净(P<0.05).在治疗热证犊牛腹泻方面,热痢净效果较好.更多还原

【Abstract】 To compare the therapeutic efficacy of our self-prescribed Chinese herbal compound on diarrhea in calves,the calves naturally infected by diarrhea were divided into two groups of heat syndrome and cold syndrome,and separately treated by Relijing and Hanlining with contrasting to Mequindox.The result shows that:the curative rate of Relijing for treating heat syndrome was 84.9%,and the effective rate was 93.9%.They were significantly better than Mequindox(P<0.05).The effective rate of Hanlining on treating cold syndrome was less than Mequindox(P<0.05).Relijing has better efficacy than Mequindox on treating heat syndrome of diarrhea in calves.更多还原
