椿根皮提取物对结肠湿热型小鼠抗氧化作用的研究

【摘要】 从氧化还原角度探讨了椿根皮提取物对结肠湿热模型小鼠作用机理.采用DNCB建立小鼠结肠湿热模型,各组小鼠以椿根皮水提醇沉物、不同浓度(45%、65%、25%、95%)乙醇提取物以及水提物进行灌胃,7天后,处死,采集样品,测定各组小鼠血清和组织中SOD、MDA、GSH、GSSG.结果,椿根皮不同提取物能增强SOD活力、有效清除MDA,升高GSH/GSSG比值.研究表明椿根皮不同提取物对模型小鼠具有一定的保护作用,药物参与机体氧化还原反应,抑制氧自由基及过氧化物生成,增强还原酶活性,调节机体氧化还原动态平衡趋于还原态.
【Abstract】 The action mechanism of extracts of Ailanthus altissima was discussed for model mouse of colon damp-heat syndrome in oxidation reduction aspect.the model mouse of colon damp-heat syndrome was made by 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB),except the control group,those mice in other group were administrated intra-gastrically with Extracts of Ailanthus altissima by water-alcohol,the different density ethyl alcohol(25%,45%,65%,95%) and water,after 7 days,the SOD、MDA、GSH and GSSG were determined in serum and colon organ.Result,those extracts could enhance the vitality of SOD,clear MDA,and raise the GSH/GSSG ratio effectively.The research indicated that the different extraction have certain protective function to the model mouse colon mucous membrane,participate in organism redox reaction,inhibit generation of oxygen free radicals and peroxides,enhance reductase activity,and adjust organism homeostasis tending to the state of deoxidation.
