【摘要】 (目的)本研究旨在了解根黄分散片对动物化痰作用的效果,(方法)选用小白鼠酚红化痰法对其进行了研究.(结果)结果表明,以酚红标准溶液浓度(X)对其吸收度(A值)(Y)作标准曲线为:Y=0.0747X-0.0036,浓度在0.1-10.0μg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系,其R2为0.9998.3个药物剂量组与生理盐水对照组比较,气管分泌酚红量均较之显著性增加(P<0.05);药物组之间比较,中、高剂量组显著性高于低剂量组(P<0.05),而中、高剂量组之间没有显著性差异.(结论)结果提示根黄分散片能显著性地增强小白鼠气管分泌功能,具有比较强的化痰作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 (Objective):This experiment aimed at the effect of dissipates phlegm of Genhuang dispersible tablets on mice. (Method) Phenol red was given to mice by intraperitoneal injection.Then the quantity of phenol red in the trachea of mice was detected by Multi-mode microplate reader.(Result) The standard curve was constructed by plotting the absorbability(Y) of phenol red to concentration(X).Calibration curves of phenol red were found to be linear when the range of the concentration was in 0.1-10.0μg·mL-1.The linear regression equation of the calibration curve was Y=0.0747 X-0.0036 and R2 was 0.9998.The quantity of phenol red secreted by trachea of mice in drug group was statistically significantly higher than the control(P<0.05). (Conclusion) Genhuang dispersible tablets can be significantly enhanced the secretion of mouse trachea,and showed a strong effect of dissipate phlegm.更多还原
