【摘要】 比较蜂胶佐剂和油乳剂及铝胶佐剂对猪细小病毒灭活疫苗免疫保护的影响.对豚鼠进行免疫攻毒试验,检测血清抗体、IL-2和IL-4含量,用荧光定量-PCR测定各脏器猪细小病毒含量和各组体重变化.结果显示,蜂胶佐剂和油乳佐剂能加速攻毒后HI抗体生成,蜂胶佐剂组血清IL-2和IL-4含量高于油乳剂和铝胶佐剂组,三种佐剂组各脏器病毒含量及体重减轻幅度均显著低于阳性对照组,且蜂胶佐剂组最低.结论:与油乳剂和铝胶佐剂相比,蜂胶佐剂更能降低猪细小病毒对免疫豚鼠免疫机能的损害和增加猪细小病毒灭活疫苗的免疫保护水平.更多还原

【Abstract】 This work was conducted to investigate immunological protection on propolis,oilemulsion and aluminium salts adjuvant to inactivated porcine parvovirus(PPV)vaccine.To carry out immune protection test,the immuned guinea pigs were challenged by PPV.Then blood samples were collected for measuring antibody titer,IL-2 and IL-4.The preferential replication sites of virus after challenged were investigated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(QR-PCR).The result showed that propolis and oilemulsion adjuvant could significantly enhance serum antibody titer than that of aluminium salt adjuvant.The content of EL-2 and IL-4 in serum of propolis adjuvant group were higher than that of aluminium salts and oilemulsion adjuvant groups.Besides,propolis decreased the content of virus in tissue,protected the challenged animals against with PPV.The body weight loss in three adjuvant groups significantly lower than of positive control group and that of propolis adjuvant group was least.In conclusion,propolis adjuvant could reduce the degree injury of PPV to immunologic function,of immuned guinea pigs and improve the immune effect of PPV vaccine.更多还原
