【摘要】 摘要:为了评价自制中药复方的免疫活性.本试验采用分别灌服健康昆明种小鼠对照组、中药低剂量组(0.125g/ml)、中药中剂量组(0.25 g/ml)和中药高剂量组(0.5 g/ml)生理盐水或中药,各0.3 m1/只·d,试验10 d后,测定脾指数、胸腺指数、外周血中性粒细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能的方法.结果表明中药复方可显著或极显著增加小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数、外周血中性粒细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,且以中剂量组效果最好.说明中药复方对正常小鼠的免疫功能有较强的促进和调节作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effects of Chinese herb compound extracts on immune function in mice,the Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,of which three groups were administrated with low dose(0.125 g/ml),middle dose(0.25 g/ml) and high dose(0.5 g/ml) of Traditional Chinese Herb compound extracts for ten days respectively,the control group were given the normal saline 0.3 ml/d.Immune organs’ weight,peripheral blood neutrophilic granulocyte phagocytosis and celiac macrophage phagocytosis were detected.The results showed that spleen index and thymus index were greatly improved,peripheral blood neutrophilic granulocyte and celiac macrophages’ phagocytosis were significantly enhanced.(P<0.05,P<0.01).and furthermore the middle dose(0.25 g/ml)group was most apparent.These data suggest that Traditional Chinese herb compound extracts have marked effect on the immunity of normal mice.更多还原
