盐酸林可霉素-硫酸大观霉素可溶性粉对人工感染猪巴氏杆菌病的治疗试验

【摘要】 为了解因产盐酸林可霉素-硫酸大观霉素可溶性粉对猪传染性巴氏杆菌病的疗效,并为临床用药提供科学依据,将60头仔猪分为6组进行人工感染治疗试验(盐酸林可霉素-硫酸大观霉素高、中、低剂量治疗组及阴性、阳性和土霉素治疗对照组),结果表明,其饮水给药,可显著地降低人工感染病猪死亡率,提高成活率,减少病理损伤.其高、中剂量组(30mg/kg.bw/d与15 mg/kg.bw/d)疗效尤为显著,低剂量组(7.5 mg/kg.bw/d)次之.因此临床治疗推荐剂量为15 mg/kg,连用7 d.

【Abstract】 In order to understand the effect of Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Spectinomycin Sulfate on curing porcine contagions Pasteurella multocida and provide the scientific basis for the clinical application of the drug,60 piglets,which were devided into 6 groups(high doses of Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Spectinomycin Sulfate group,media doses of Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Spectinomycin Sulfate group,low doses of Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Spectinomycin Sulfate group, health,infection and terramycin groups),were used in the test.The results showed the good therapeutic efficacy if the Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Spectinomycin Sulfate soluble powder was used to treat piglets infected by Actinobacillus Pasteurella multocida administrated by drinking water.And it also can obviously reduced death rate and improve survival rate while the pathological damage caused by artificial infection was reduced.And the effects of media and high doses group were more obvious.The recommended dose is 15 mg/kg,with successive application for 7 days.
