硒对雏鸡消化道硒蛋白W mRNA表达的影响
Effects of selenium on selenoprotein W mRNA in chicken digestive tract

【摘要】 为了揭示硒对雏鸡消化道硒蛋白W表达的影响,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测饲喂不同硒含量饲料(0.033mg/kg-;0.15 mg/kg;1.5 mg/kg-)的雏鸡消化道中Se1W mRNA的表达情况.结果显示,Se1W在肌胃、腺胃、十二指肠、小肠、直肠中均有表达;与正常组相比,低硒处理组Se1W mRNA表达量降低,高硒处理组Se1W mRNA表达量升高.表明Se1W mRNA表述量在不同消化道中存在组织特异性,并且其与饲料中硒含量相关.
【Abstract】 In order to reveal the chicken digestive tract of selenium on selenoprotein W expression,using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection of different selenium content(0.033 mg/kg;0.15 mg/ kg;1.5 mg/kg)of feed fed chicken digestive tract SelW gene expression.The results show that,SelW in the muscular stomach,stomach,duodenum,small intestine,rectum were expressed;with the normal group,the low Se group SelW mRNA expression was reduced,the high Se group SelW mRNA expression was elevated.Description SelW mRNA expression in different tract exist in tissue-specific,and the gene and the amount of selenium content in feed is directly related.
