高铜对雏鸭肾脏影响的病理学观察
Pathological observations on effect of high copper on kidney in ducklings

【摘要】 360只1日龄天府肉鸭随机分为6组,分别喂以对照日粮(Cu 8mg/kg)和高铜日粮(Cu 100mg/kg,高铜Ⅰ组;Cu 200mg/kg,高铜Ⅱ组;Cu 400mg/kg,高铜Ⅲ组;Cu 600mg/kg,高铜Ⅳ组;Cu 800mg/kg,高铜Ⅴ组)6周.与对照组比较,高铜Ⅲ组、高铜Ⅳ组、高铜V组雏鸭肾脏出现不同程度的病理损害,肾小管上皮细胞颗粒变性、空泡变性;超微结构观察,肾小管上皮细胞线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂甚至溶解消失呈空泡状.同时,高铜Ⅳ组、高铜V组肾脏铜含量、血清铜含量和血清肌酐含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结果表明,日粮铜含量400 mg/kg-800 mg/kg即可引起雏鸭肾脏的病理损伤,功能降低.
【Abstract】 360 one-day-old Tianfu meat ducklings were randomly divided into six groups and feed on diets as follows:controls (Cu 8 mg/kg)and high copper(Cu 100 mg/kg,high copper groupⅠ;Cu 200 mg/kg,high copper groupⅡ;Cu 400 mg/kg,high copper groupⅢ;Cu 600 mg/kg,high copper groupⅣ;Cu 800 mg/kg,high copper groupⅤ)for six weeks.Lesions were appeared in high copper groupsⅢ,ⅣandⅤwhen compared those with control group.There were granular degeneration and vacuolar degeneration in the renal tubule epithelial cells.The renal copper contents and serum copper contens were much higher in high copper groupsⅣandⅤthan in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Also,the serum creatinine contens were much higher in high copper groupsⅢ,ⅣandⅤthan in control group.The result showed that to dietary copper in range of 400mg/kg~800 mg/kg caused pathological injures in kidney.
