亚临床酮病对奶牛抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】 本实验旨在研究亚临床酮病对奶牛抗氧化功能的影响以及血液中的酮体与抗氧化功能的关系.从分娩7周内的156头荷斯坦奶牛筛选出自然发病的亚临床酮病牛12头(血液BHBA≥1.0mmol/L)作为实验组,根据年龄、胎次、产奶量、分娩时间严格配对的12头健康奶牛作为对照组,检测血液中的β-羟丁酸(BHBA)、乙酰乙酸(ACAC)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA).发现实验组血液中T-AOC显著低于对照组(P<0.05),GSH-PX活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血液ACAC与GSH-PX活力呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),GSH-PX活力与MDA呈显著负相关(P<0.05).结果表明奶牛亚临床酮病可以导致机体总抗氧化能力的降低,乙酰乙酸的浓度升高可以对血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶产生抑制作用,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶在发挥抗氧化功能时具有一定的抵抗力和自我调控能力.

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of subclinical ketosis on the antioxidant in dairy cows,and the correlation between ketobody and antioxidant.12 subclinical ketosis holstein cows(plasma BHBA≥1.0mmol/L) were chosen from 156 cows that deliveryed in 7 weeks.The 12 subclinical ketosis dairy were the experimental group.The other 12 dairy which were strictly matched according to age,parity,milk yield,parturition time were the control group.Plasmaβ-hydroxybutyfic acid(BHBA),acetoacetate(ACAC),T-AOC,glutathion peroxidase(GSH-PX),superoxide dismutase(SOD), malonaldehyde(MDA) were detected.The experimental group has lower T-AOC level than the control group(P <0.05),but has higher GSH-PX level(P <0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between plasma ACAC and GSH-PX.There was also a significant negative correlation between GSH-PX and MDA level.The consequence show that subclinical ketosis can influence the antioxidant in dairy cows.The high level of ACAC can suppress the activity of GSH-PX.There were resistance and self-regulation capability on the GSH-PX playing an antioxidant function.
