【摘要】 观察中药复方口服液热痢宁的急性毒性和最大耐受量.在急性毒性试验中,采用灌胃和腹腔注射两种方式给药,预试验结果表明:即使达到小白鼠最大给药量时,也测不出LD50,说明口服灌胃的LD50>40g/kg体重,腹腔注射的LD50>10g/kg.因此采用16h内4次给药法,进行最大给药量试验,结果表明该制剂的最大耐受倍数为犊牛临床治疗量的80倍.根据《兽药试验技术规范汇编》及毒理学评价标准,可判定本中药复方制剂实际无毒.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the acute toxicity and the maximum tolerated dose of the Relining oral liquid,the acute toxicity test was arranged in the way of intragastric administration and lumbar injection.The results showed that Oral intragastric administration of LD50>40g/kg body weight,intraperitoneal injection of LD50>10g/kg of preliminary test.So we decided to start maximum tolerated dose examination.The results showed that the maximum tolerance dose of the preparation was 80 times for the clinical treatment of calf.According to the evaluation criterion of the animal drug technological specification compile of Ministry of Agriculture and the toxicology,we concluded that the Relining oral liquid was a nontoxicity Chinese herbal compound preparation.更多还原
