【摘要】 禽白血病病毒J亚群(ALV-J)和网状内皮增生症病毒(REV)是禽类的两种主要的致肿瘤病毒,两者同属禽反转录病毒,都具有免疫抑制作用.目前ALV-J和REV共感染的现象已非常普遍.本试验先后对河北省某鸡场送检的蛋种鸡及鸡场疫苗进行了相关检测.发病蛋鸡经组织病理学、PCR检测确诊为ALV-J与REV感染;病理学表现为肝脏、腺胃、肾脏出现灶状淋巴细胞增殖.随后通过病毒分离及PCR方法对试种鸡场的所有活毒疫苗进行了ALV-J和REV污染的检测.结果显示:送检的17份活毒疫苗中有2份REV呈阳性;5份ALV-J呈阳性.其中有1份疫苗呈双阳性。此次在常规活毒疫苗中发现ALV-J及REV污染提示我们,田间ALV-J与REV的高感染率与疫苗污染存在着密切的关系.同时,禽类生物制品的质量及生物安全应引起我们的高度重视,应加强对禽用生物制品的监测力度.更多还原

【Abstract】 ALV-J and REV are two main kinds of poultry viruses which can cause tumor.They both belong to poultry retrovirus and both have the ability of immunosuppression.At present,the phenomenon is common that ALV-J and REV co-infect.This experiment carried out relative detection of layer chickens and vaccines which were submitted by a chicken house in Hebei province.Pathogenetic hens were diagnosed as ALV-J and REV by histopathology,immunofluorescence and PCR.Pathological observation was that focus of lymphocyte prolife- ration appeared in liver glandular stomach and kidney.Later we presented investigation of ALV-J and REV with all the live vaccines in this chicken house by virus contamination and PCR.The results showed that:in the 17 inspected vaccines,two were REV-positive,five were positive for ALV-J,and one was double positive. The dis- covery of ALV-J and REV contamination in conventional live vaccines prompted us that high infection rate of field ALV-J and REV was closely related to vaccine contamination.At the same time,great importance should be attached to the quality of poultry biological products and biosecurity,and monitoring of biological products used by poultry should be enhanced.更多还原
