【摘要】 为了解东北地区猪乙型脑炎的流行情况,本文采用酶联免疫吸附试验对东北四个省份共2161份猪血清,进行血清流行病学调查和分析。结果表明,吉林省阳性率为30.72%,辽宁省为28.28%,内蒙古自治区为12.05%,黑龙江省为10.87%;种母猪阳性率为51.02%,商品猪为10.30%;吉林省17个猪场的阳性率高低不等,有些猪场已呈现流行趋势。通过调查分析,初步明确东北地区猪乙型脑炎病毒感染和分布情况,为确定猪乙型脑炎流行状况提供了一些依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the northeast region of the prevalence of porcine epidemic encephalitis B,investigation and analysis on serum epidemiology with the method of ELISA had undertaken in Northeast provinces which had a total of 2161 pig sera. Results indicated that the respective positive rate of Jilin,Liaoning,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Heilongjiang Province is 30.72%,28.28%,12.05%and 10.87%.Positive rate of brood sow is 51.02%and 10.30%in the commercial pig, 17 pig farms in Jilin province.For the rate of high and low ranges,and some pig farms have been showing prevalence trends of epidemic encephalitis B.Through the assay and analysis,elementary handling virus infection and distribution of Japanese encephalitis virus elementary handled in the Northeast pig farms.According to this information we could determine the prevalence of porcine epidemic encephalitis B thoroughly.更多还原
