牛结核病诊断方法研究进展
Progress on Diagnostic Methods in Bovine Tuberculosis

【摘要】 牛结核病是一种严重的人畜共患病。给奶牛业造成了巨大的损失,还与人们的生命安全息息相关。结核病的早期诊断仍然是控制疫情的重要因素。近年来随着分子生物学和免疫技术的快速发展,在改善原有诊断技术的基础上也引入了多种新的结核病的诊断技术。新型培养技术缩短了细菌学检查和结核菌药敏试验的时间;分子生物技术的应用(比如PCR)使得快速诊断成为可能;血清学方法的改善以及噬菌体测定、γ-干扰素试验等新技术的引入给临床诊断带来了新的希望。本文就结核病的诊断技术进行综述。
【Abstract】 Bovine tuberculosis is a zoonotic infectious disease.It brings not only large harm to cows,but also influence on the safety of people.Early and efective detections of tuberculosis(TB) are the keys to curtailing the spread of infection.With the development of molecular biotechnology,new and sensitive methods that based on original technology are available for TB detection.Such as current tests used for TB diagnosis include culturing of bacteria from body fluids and smear testing of sputum for the presence of acid fast bacilli(AFB).molecular biological methods as PCR are more sensitive and rapid. Immunological test to detect antibodies,cytokines(γ-IFN) and / or antigens in blood is a reliable approach to detect any infection.Several TB proteins have been isolated or cloned and expressed in Escherichia coil and tested for sero-diagnostic potential,this review included the development of diagnosis technology in bovine tuberculosis
