【摘要】 制备50%的红细胞悬液,将H9N2禽流感病毒尿囊液(HA≤2~9)采用鸡红细胞吸附释放法进行纯化,然后分别将纯化的病毒液及弃去的上清进行血凝试验测定。结果表明,使用50%的鸡红细胞悬液基本能将病毒吸附完全,HA效价提高2~3倍。因此鸡红细胞吸附释放法是一种经济实用、操作简便,并有较高纯化效率的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 An absorption-release method with 50%red blood cells(RBC) was used to purify AIV(HA≤2~9) in allantoic fluid and the HA titers of precipitation and supermate were examined respectively.The result showed that the 50%RBC could effectively absorb almost all the virus with higher purity and HA titer increased 2~3 times.Therefore,the absorption-release method is a simple,economical and efficient way for small volume influenza virus concentration.更多还原
