【摘要】 为了检测从国外直接进口的蛋用型祖代鸡群是否存在外源性ALV的感染,在严格的SPF饲养环境中,在不同日龄采集泄殖腔棉拭子检测ALV群特异性p27抗原、采集血浆分离外源性ALV和采集血清检测ALV-AB及J特异性抗体。结果表明:6个不同的配套系间泄殖腔棉拭子检出率显著不同,有的完全阴性,有的完全阴性,有的呈间隙性阳性,在该品系p27抗原检出率与快慢羽性状没有相关性。慢羽的配套系C,36只鸡中在45日龄检出了1例ALV-AB抗体阳性,在60日龄检出了2例ALV-J抗体阳性。但是所有的6个配套系的204只鸡外源性ALV的病毒分离均为阴性。本文对此结果进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to detect whether the grand parent flocks imported from abroad were infected with exogenous avian leukosis virus. They were raised under the strict SPF circumstances for 60 days.During the period,they were collected cloaca swaps for ALV p27 5 times,plasma samples twice for islation of virus in sub - group 1E resistant DF1 cells,serum samples for ALV - AB and ALV - J antibody on the 45th and 60th day twice.The results show that:there are significant differences among the different chicken lines in the detection of the p27 antigen.,some of them are totally negtive,some are episodic positve.There is no relation between the detection positively rate of p27 antigen with the fast or slow feathering character.The slow - feathering chicken line C(K♂) had one ALV - AB antibody positive sample on the 45 th day,and two ALV - J antibody positive samples on the 60th day not as the same as the ALV - AB positive one.However,there was no exogenous ALV been isolated from all the 204 chicks in the six different lines during the whole detection.
