谷氨酰胺对人工饲养新生仔猪小肠粘膜酶活性的影响研究

【摘要】 本试验旨在通过研究谷氨酰胺(Gln)对新生仔猪小肠粘膜中相关酶活性的影响,探讨谷氨酰胺对新生仔猪小肠粘膜发育的调控作用。试验选用4日龄新生仔猪36头,分成3个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复3头(两公一母),各处理日粮中分别添加0%、0.5%、1%谷氨酰胺。试验期18日。结果表明:添加0.5%和1%谷氨酰胺显著提高了仔猪21日龄空肠黏膜中鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)的活性(P<0.05),日粮中添加1%谷氨酰胺显著降低了空肠黏膜中谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和鸟氨酸转氨酶(OAT)的活性(P<0.05),显著提高了空肠粘膜中Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶和Na+K+-ATP酶活性(P<0.05),显著提高了14日龄空肠黏膜蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶活性(P<0.05);日粮添加0.5%和1.0%谷氨酰胺均显著提高了14日龄十二指肠乳糖酶活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加谷氨酰胺能通过调控小肠粘膜中相关酶活性促进小肠粘膜发育。
【Abstract】 This study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary glutamine supplementation on growth performance,serum hormone and intestinal mucosa enzyme activities of artificially reared neonatal pigs.The neonatal pigs(n=36,4 d old) were selected and divided into three groups according to parity and body weight.The control group was fed a basal diet and the other two groups were the same basal diet with supplementation of 0.5%and 1.0%glutamine respectively.At the end of 14 and 21 days,one piglet per replicate was slaughtered,blood and small intestine were sampled.The results were shown as follows:Diet supplemented with 0.5 and 1.0%glutamine increased the activity of ODC in jejunal mucosal at 21 d of age significantly(P<0.05).Supplemented with 1.0%glutamine decreased the activities of GS and OAT (P<0.05) and increased the activities of Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase and Na+K+-ATPase in jejunal mucosal at 21 d of age significantly(P<0.05).To sum up,dietary glutamine supplementation could improve growth performance and intestinal development of artificial reared neonatal pigs by regulating serum hormone levels,arginine concentration and mucosa disaccharidase activities.
