谷氨酰胺对人工饲养新生仔猪生长性能及血液激素水平的研究

【摘要】 本试验旨在通过研究谷氨酰胺(Gln)对新生仔猪生长性能及血液内分泌指标的影响,探讨谷氨酰胺对新生仔猪生长、蛋白质代谢的调控作用。试验选用4日龄新生仔猪36头,分成3个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复3头(两公一母),各处理日粮中分别添加0%、0.5%、1%谷氨酰胺。试验期18日。结果表明:添加谷氨酰胺有提高新生仔猪日增重、体增重的趋势,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。日粮中添加1%谷氨酰胺显著提高了仔猪4-14日龄平均日采食量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.5%和1%谷氨酰胺组试验仔猪14日龄血清IGF-I含量均有升高趋势,在21日龄时,添加0.5%谷氨酰胺组也有升高趋势。日粮中添加1%谷氨酰胺显著降低了仔猪14日龄血清尿素氮含量(P<0.05),提高了仔猪21日龄血清胃泌素含量(P<0.05);添加0.5%谷氨酰胺显著提高了仔猪14日龄血清胃泌素含量(P<0.05);综上所述,日粮中添加谷氨酰胺能通过调控血液激素水平改善人工饲养新生仔猪生长性能。
【Abstract】 This study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary glutamine supplementation on growth performance,serum hormone and intestinal mucosa enzyme activities of artificially reared neonatal pigs.The neonatal pigs(n=36,4 d old) were selected and divided into three groups according to parity and body weight.The control group was fed a basal diet and the other two groups were the same basal diet with supplementation of 0.5%and 1.0%glutamine respectively.At the end of 14 and 21 days,one piglet per replicate was slaughtered,blood and small intestine were sampled.The results were shown as follows: Dietary supplementation with 0.5 and 1.0%glutamine tended to improve serum IGF-1 and INS concentrations,weight at 14 and 21 d of age,average daily gain at 4-14 d of age and 4-21 d of age(P>0.05). Dietary supplementation with 1.0%glutamine increased feed intake at 4-14 d of age(P<0.05).The addition of 1.0%glutamine decreased serum urea nitrogen(SUN) concentrations at 21 d of age(P<0.05).Diet supplemented with 0.5%glutamine increased the concentrations of Gastrin in serum at 14 d of age significantly(P<0.05).Supplemented with 1.0%glutamine increased the concentrations of Gastrin in serum at 21 d of age significantly(P<0.05).Diet supplemented with 0.5 and 1.0%glutamine increased the activity of ODC in jejunal mucosal at 21 d of age significantly(P<0.05).Supplemented with 1.0% glutamine decreased the activities of GS and OAT(P<0.05) and increased the activities of Ca2+Mg2+ -ATPase and Na+K+-ATPase in jejunal mucosal at 21 d of age significantly(P<0.05).To sum up,dietary glutamine supplementation could improve growth performance and intestinal development of artificial reared neonatal pigs by regulating serum hormone levels,arginine concentration and mucosa disaccharidase activities.
