【摘要】 本试验为提高犬的精液冷冻效果,冷冻保存液配方中添加不同浓度糖(葡萄糖,果糖),平衡时间以及熏蒸时间做系统对比。经系列分组试验发现,含0.5%果糖组中精子活力显著高于其它组别(P<0.05);平衡时间120 min(P<0.05);熏蒸时间20 min冷冻效果较好。结果表明犬精子冷冻液添加低浓度果糖优于葡萄糖,而且平衡时间为120 min,熏蒸时间为20 min可得到稳定的冷冻效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study was conducted to cryopreserve canine semen for optimizing cryopreservation medium.The different concentration of sugar(Glucose Fructose),different balance times,different fumigation times were selected systematically in the cryopreservation medium.The results showed addition of 0.5%fructose was better than glucose at any concentration(P<0.05).120 min balance time and 20 min liquid nitrogen fumigation time were excellent for motility of frozen sperm(P<0.05).In conclusion,the optimized proeedures(0.5%fructose,120 min balance time and 20 min ) were feasible and steady for freezing canine sperm.更多还原
