【摘要】 采用体外实验研究添加不同浓度的菊科黑沙蒿乙醇粗提物对瘤胃微生物体外发酵脂肪酸生物氢化、CLA含量及其前体物trans-11C_18:1含量的影响。黑沙蒿乙醇粗提物添加的剂量分别是0（对照组）、3mg/L、30mg/L、300mg/L及3 000mg/L。培养时间分别是2h、6h及24h。在每个采样时间点,每个添加量均设3个重复。实验结果表明,添加黑沙蒿乙醇粗提物有降低C₁₈不饱和脂肪酸生物氢化率的趋势,有增加CLA生成前体物trans-11C_18:1脂肪酸含量的趋势,有增加CLA含量的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 A batch culture technique was conducted to determine the effects of different doses of Compositae Ordos Wormwood extract（COE） on biohydrogenation of fatty acids, CLA concentration and trans-11C_18:1 concentration.The doses of COE for supplementation were:0（as control）,3,30,300 and 3 000 mg/L mixed culture fluid,respectively.The sampling time was at 2h,6h and 24h,respectively.All COE treatments were tested in triplicate at every sampling time point The results showed that COE treatments tended to a reduction in C₁₈ polyunsaturated fatty acids biohydrogenation,a increase in trans-11 C_18:1 and conjugated linoleic acid cis-9,trans-11 concentrations.更多还原
