犬源近平滑念珠菌的分子鉴定及部分生物学特性研究

【摘要】 应用核糖体DNA内转录间隔区(ITS)序列分析技术从47株临床分离的犬源真菌中鉴定出一株近平滑念珠菌,对其部分生物学特性进行研究。结果显示该菌株在沙堡氏培养基上形成白色奶油状菌落,菌体里典型酵母菌形态。腹腔接种小鼠出现脏器病变并回收到该茵,而皮肤接种小鼠未出现病变。药敏试验显示该菌株对制霉菌素高度敏感,对两性霉素B、伊曲康唑和酮康唑中度敏感,对氟康唑耐药。系统发育分析表明该菌与人近平滑念珠菌部分菌株聚为一支。

【Abstract】 In this research we identified a Candida parapsilosis from the 47 clinic dog fungus with the Sequence Analysis technique of ITS,and researched its part biologic characteristics.The results showed Candida parapsilosis grew and formed white butteriness colonies on SD culture media,and the thallus was the typical yeasts form.In the artificial infection the mice inoculated by peritoneal cavity appeared pathological changes in its organs and Candida parapsilosis was retrieved.But the mice inoculated by cutaneous inoculation and the blank mice didn’t appear pathological changes.The results of drug sensitive test showed the Candida parapsilosis was hypersensitive to nystatin,midrange-sensitive to amphotericin B, Itraconazole and Ketoconazole,and was resistant to Fluconazole.Phylogenetic tree analysis shows the Candida parapsilosis is most closely related with mankind Candida parapsilosis.
