【摘要】 给10日龄实验肉鸡口服3周黄曲霉毒素B₁（AFB₁）,观察黄曲霉毒素B₁对实验肉鸡肝线粒体膜通透性的影响作用,并研究中药与硒对黄曲霉毒素B₁的拮抗效应。实验结果显示,在给药后各个时期,黄曲霉毒素B₁能明显增加实验鸡肝线粒体膜通透性（P<0.05）。而在实验时期基础日粮中分别添加的中药与硒,都具有拮抗黄曲霉毒素B₁提高肉鸡肝线粒体膜通透性作用的功效（P<0.05）。更多还原

【Abstract】 After feeding orally aflatoxin B₁（AFB₁） to broilers for 4 weeks,to observe the effects of AFB₁ on broilers liver mitochondria membrane permeability,and to research the antagonistic effect of selenite and the traditional Chinese medicine.The result showed:AFB₁ had an effect on increasing broilers liver mitochondria membrane permeability（P<0.05）.But selenite and the traditional Chinese medicine had an rivalry effect on broilers liver mitochondria membrane permeability elevation due to AFB₁（P<0.05）.更多还原
