酵母铬对鹌鹑脂肪代谢的影响

【摘要】 为研究酵母铬对鹌鹑脂肪代谢的影响,在玉米-豆粕型日粮基础上添加不同水平的酵母铬。在试验处理第29d和第45d,分别从禁食过夜的各组随机抽取10只鹌鹑采样测定。试验结果如下:与对照组相比,各酵母铬处理组均显著降低了鹌鹑腹脂及体脂(P<0.01),其中400μg/kg和600μg/kg表现各自优势;与对照组相比,200铬组、400铬组、600铬组血清甘油三酯含量分别降低8.41%、8.65%和9.21%,但差异不显著(P>0.05),而800铬组与对照组相比,显著提高了血清甘油三酯含量(P<0.05);与对照组相比,200铬组、400铬组、600铬组血清白蛋白水平显著下降(P<0.01),而800铬组显著上升(P<0.05);与对照组相比,400铬组显著升高了血清中脂蛋白酶活性(P<0.05);100铬组、200铬组、400铬组、600铬组显著升高了血清中肝酯酶活性和总酯酶活性(P<0.01)。上述结果表明,酵母铬的添加显著促进了鹌鹑脂肪代谢,降低了腹脂和体脂。其中添加400μg/kg酵母铬对鹌鹑脂肪代谢影响最大。

【Abstract】 To determine the effect of Yeast Chromium on fat metabolism in quails,Yeast Chromium were added to corn-soybean diets.On the 29th day and 45d of experiment deal,10 quails were randomly extracted from every group.The results as follows:Compared with the control,abdominal fat and body fat were decreased significantly in each chromium group(P<0.01),and show dominance at 400μg/kg chromium group and 600μg/kg chromium group for each;Compared with the control,the serum triglycerides were decreased by 8.41%in 200 chromium group(P>0.05),8.65%in 400 chromium group(P>0.05) and 9.21%in 600 chromium group(P>0.05),respectively,Compared with the control,the serum triglycerides of 800 chromium group were increased significantly(P<0.05);Compared with the control,the serum Albumin were increased significantly in 200 chromium group,400 chromium group,600 chromium group(P<0.01),respectively.However,the serum Albumin were decreased significantly in 800 chromium group(P<0.05);Compared with the control,the serum Lipoprotein esterase were increased significantly in 400 chromium group(P<0.05);The serum total esterase and the serum Hepatic lipase were increased significantly in 100 chromium group,200 chromium group,400 chromium group and 600 chromium group(P<0.01).These findings indicate that yeast chromium had significant effect on the fat metabolism in quails,and decreased abdominal fat and body fat.Especially,400μg/kg chromium has the greatest influence at fat metabolism with quails.
