不同硒源和水平对蛋鸡血硒含量及血液抗氧化能力的影响

【摘要】 采用2×3因子完全随机设计,将富硒酵母(Se-enriched yeast,SY)和亚硒酸钠(sodium selenite,SS)2硒源分别以3个硒水平0.2、0.5和1.0mg·kg-1添加到基础日粮中,配成6种试验日粮,基础日粮为对照,分别饲喂7组(每组n=100)68周龄的健康罗曼蛋鸡,饲养28d。在试验的第14 d和28 d采血样,测定蛋鸡血液的硒含量以及血液中GSH-Px活力、SOD活力和T-AOC。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加硒能极显著提高蛋鸡全血硒含量、全血GSH-Px活力和血浆T-AOC,且随着硒添加水平的升高,上述三指标均显著升高;添加SS的蛋鸡全血硒含量和全血GSH-Px活力分别较添加SY的高20.87%(P<0.01)和14.17%(P<0.01),而血浆T-AOC较添加SY的低11.11%(P<0.05);在试验的第28 d,添加硒能极显著提高蛋鸡血浆SOD活力。结论:硒源和水平对蛋鸡血液硒含量、GSH-Px活力和T-AOC均有显著影响;添加SS较添加SY能显著提高蛋鸡血液硒含量和GSH-Px活力,而添加SY较SS能显著提高蛋鸡血浆T-AOC;富硒酵母是蛋鸡较好的硒源。

【Abstract】 The present study was conducted in a 2×3 factorial arrangement in a randomized complete block (RCB) design to compare the effects of different selenium(Se) source and level on Se content and the antioxidant capacity of blood in laying hens.Both Se sources(Se-enriched yeast,SY and sodium selenite, SS) were added into basal diet at 0.2,0.5 and 1.0/mg·kg-1 of Se to make six kind experiment diets and one basal diet was served as control.Seven hundred 68-week Rohman laying hens were allocated into seven groups according to feeding test requirement and were investigated for 28 days.During the experiment, blood was sampled on days 14 and 28 for whole-blood Se content and GSH-Px activity and plasma SOD activity and T-AOC assay.The results showed that compared with the control,supplemental Se significantly increased(P<0.01) Se content and GSH-Px activity of whole-blood and T-AOC of plasma in hens.With supplemental Se level increase,above-mentioned three indexs all were increased(P<0.05). Whole-blood Se content and GSH-Px activity in hens fed by SS were respectively increased 20.87% (P<0.01) and 14.17%(P<0.01) compared with those of hens fed by SY,whereas plasma T-AOC was decreased 11.11%(P<0.05).On day 28 in the experiment,supplemental Se significantly increased(P<0.01) SOD activity of plasma in hens.It was concluded that both Se source and level significantly(P<0.01) influenced on Se content and GSH-Px activity of whole-blood and plasma T-AOC.There was the higher Se content and GSH-Px activity of whole-blood in hens fed by SS than those from hens fed SY. Supplemental SY had more significant ability to increase plasma T-AOC in hens than SS and SY is a better source of Se for hens.
