【摘要】 为探讨氨基胍对内毒素血症山羊心肌脂质过氧化损伤及ATP酶活性的影响,将48只山羊随机分为4组,每组12只,分别为生理盐水对照组（SL）,内毒素组（LPS）,氨基胍保护组（LPS+AG）,氨基胍组（AG）。分别在处理后第3h和6h每组各宰杀6只制备心肌组织匀浆,检测心肌中总超氧化物岐化酶,铜锌超氧化物岐化酶,锰超氧化物岐化酶,Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺-ATP酶活性和Na⁺K⁺ATP酶活性,丙二醛含量的变化。结果表明,山羊内毒素血症时心肌总超氧化物岐化酶,铜锌超氧化物岐化酶,锰超氧化物岐化酶,Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺-ATP酶和Na⁺K⁺-ATP酶活性降低,丙二醛（MDA）含量升高,而氨基胍保护组超氧化物岐化酶,Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺-ATP酶活性和Na⁺-K⁺-ATP酶活性以及丙二醛含量与内毒素组差异显著（P<0.05）。本试验表明由于自由基过量生成而引起的脂质过氧化损伤在山羊内毒素血症发病机理中起着重要的作用,而氨基胍可有效拮抗脂质过氧化造成的心肌损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of aminoguanidine on myocardium lipid peroxidation damage and the activity of ATPase in goats with endotoxemia,48 goats were divided randomly into 4 groups with 12 goats in each group,normal control;LPS group;LPS+AG group;AG group.Six goats of every group were killed at 3h and 6h after the beginning of experiment.The changes of the content of MDA and the activities of total superoxide dismutase（T-SOD）,CuZn superoxide dismutase（CuZn-SOD）,manganese superoxide dismutase（Mn-SOD）,Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺-ATPase and Na⁺K⁺-ATPase in heart tissue were detected respectively. The results showed that the activities of total superoxide dismutase,CuZn superoxide dismutase, manganese superoxide dismutase,Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺-ATPase and Na⁺K⁺-ATPase in myocardium decreased,the content of MDA in myocatdium significantly increased after LPS challenge.There were significantly difference（P<0.05） with the activities of SOD,Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺-ATPase and Na⁺K⁺-ATPase between LPS and AG+LPS group.The results indicated that lipid peroxidation damage induced by free radical played an important role in the pathogenesis of endotoxemia in goats.Aminoguanidine could improve the degree of lipid peroxidation damage.更多还原
