奶牛亚临床酮病不同检测方法的比较

【摘要】 选择产后1月内的奶牛63头,采集其血液、乳汁、尿液,使用粉剂法、试剂法、试纸法分别定性检测样品中酮体含量,以血清中β-羟丁酸含量为标准,以1.2mmol/L为阴阳性阈值,将定性检测的结果与定量检测的结果相比较。结果表明:准确性最高的是酮粉法测定血酮,符合率为96.83%;其次为酮粉法测乳酮,符合率为93.65%;假阳性率最低的是酮粉法测定血酮,结果为10%,其次为酮粉法测乳酮,为23.08%;漏检率最低的是酮粉法测乳酮和尿酮,为9.09%。从操作难易度来看,试纸法和酮粉法操作最简单;从成本上比较,酮粉法最便宜。本试验表明,酮粉法测定乳酮含量比较适合牧场亚临床嗣病的普查。

【Abstract】 Thirty-three cows in one month after parturition were chosen,took samples of blood、milk、and urine,then detect them with powder、reagent and test-paper methods,useβ-hydroxybutyric acid in serum as standard,the threshold is 1.2mmol/L,compared the results of different methods.The consequence shown: the most accurate method is use powder detect blood kotones,the coincidence rate is 96.83%,then the powder detect milk ketones,rate is 93.65%;the lowest false positive rate method is use powder detect the blood ketones,the false positive rate is 10%,then the powder detect milk ketones,rate is 23.08%;the method with the lowest omission rate is using powder detect ketones in milk and urine,the result is 9.09%. Compare them with the operation,the test-paper and powder methods are easer.From the cost price,the powder method is the cheapest.This experiment indicate that use powder detect milk kotones is suitful for the sub-clinical ketosis’ general investigation in dairy farms.
