【摘要】 选择试验牛125头,分为隐性乳房炎阴性牛试验组(投丸组)、对照组(不投丸组)和隐性乳房炎阳性牛投丸组三个组,在饲草料主要成分基本一致的前提下,分别测定试验牛血液中微量元素变化,观察微量元素缓释丸对奶牛隐性乳房炎的防治效果。结果表明,所在地区奶牛隐性乳房炎感染率为72.00%,试验组投丸95d隐性乳房炎阴性保持率为89.47%,转阳率为10.53%;对照组阴性保持率为62.5%,转阳率为37.7%;阳性投丸组转阴率为53.33%。血清Zn、Cu、Se含量投丸后有明显提高,与投丸前比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明投服微量元素缓释丸对奶牛隐性乳房炎的防治有一定效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 125 cows were divided into three groups:the subclinical mastitis negative group(Slow Release Pill),control group(No Slow Release Pill) and subclinical mastitis positive group(Slow Release Pill)respectively.The variety of trace element in blood was determined,then we analyzed and discussed the controlled-release boluses on trace elements for therapy and control of bovine subclinical mastitis.The results showed that the infection rate of bovine subclinical mastitis was 72.00%.The subclinical mastitis negative group was administrated Slow Release Pill after 95 days,its negative retention were 89.47%and The rates of subclinical mastitis changing from negative to positive were 10.53%;The negative retention of control group was 62.5%,and The rates of subclinical mastitis changing from negative to positive were 37.7%;The rates of subclinical mastitis changing from negative to positive were 37.7%for subclinical mastitis positive group.The contents of Zn、Cu、Se in Serum of test group are increased obviously and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).Therefore,Controlled-release Boluses on Trace Elements has effect to therapy and control bovine subclinical mastitis.更多还原
