Induction of sheep pulmonary adenomatosis in lambs and detection of the pathological changes

【摘要】 <正>Sheep pulmonary adenomatosis(SPA) is a naturally occurring pulmonary neoplasm of sheep.To establish the experimental model of SPA in native lambs and to gain insight into the differences in pathogenesis between naturally occurring and experimentally induced SPA,two naturally occurring cases(Poll Dorset sheep,3-years old)found in Inner Mongolia were investigated and seven native neonatal lambs were inoculated intratracheally with pulmonary tumor homogenate.All cases were examined by X-ray of thorax and the dynamic changes of immunocytes were examined in their peripheral blood by flow cytometry.Simultaneously,histological and ultrastructural pathology studies were performed.The results showed that the natural cases produce watery nasal fluid and the experimentally induced cases were showed the relative classical clinical signs of SPA.The results for the number of lymphocytes in both cases presented a fluctuation under the continuous effect of JSRV.These results indicate that we had induced the SPA by experimentally in the native newborn lambs successfully.And the changes of immunocytes of induced sheep,therefore,may play an important role in the pathogenesis of SPA.更多还原
