犬股骨骨折接骨板内固定与髓内针内固定的比较

【摘要】 犬股骨骨折一般不采用外固定方法治疗,常应用内固定法治疗,而最常用的是接骨板内固定和髓内针内固定。本文对近年来来我院就治的9条股骨骨折病犬采取了接骨板内固定法或髓内针内固定法分别进行了治疗,治愈率分别为75%和83.3%。为了给小动物临床治疗股骨骨折提供一些借鉴,本文对两者的手术材料、手术操作及术后护理和疗效进行了总结分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dog Fracture of femur was treated generally not by external fixation,but generally internal fixation which included bone plate and bone nail.Fracture of femurs of 9 dogs diseased were therapy by bone plate or bone nail of internal fixation,and cure rate were 75%and 83.3%.For some experiences were offered to Fracture of femur therapy in clinic of small animal, the summary and analyses were get from operative material,operative procedure,postoperative care and curative effect of two methods by the text.更多还原
