【摘要】 以猪瘟正向间接血凝法对肉兔进行猪瘟抗体水平的检测,选用猪瘟抗体滴度1:4(++)以上的试验兔9群686只、0～1:2(++)试验兔2群255只。每只兔注射含4000个发热单位的猪瘟兔化弱毒(脾毒乳浆液)。结果表明猪瘟抗体滴度1:4(++)以上的试验兔定型热比率加权平均值63.3%、1:2(++)以下试验兔定型热比率加权平均值96.5%,差异极显著。以四个兔场12511只肉兔作扩大试验,结果表明无猪瘟抗体试验兔(占94.8%),的平均定型热比率为88.6%;猪瘟抗体滴度1:4(++)以上试验兔(占56.7%)定型热比率为79.1%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Classical Swine Fever antibodies from meat rabbits were detected by CSF indirect hemagglutination assay.We chose the rabbits of 686 with CSF antibody titer more than 1:4(++) and the rabbits of 255 with CSF antibody titer littler than 1:2(++) to test.Each rabbit was injected with 4000 fever units of the CSFV thick liquid of spleens and lymph nodes..The results showed: The ratio of CSF regular type fever of the 686 rabbits was 63.3%.The ratio of the control rabbits was 96.5%.we used 12511 rabbits from four meat rabbits farm to take a larger test.The results showed:The ratio of CSF regular type fever of the rabbits without CSF antibody(94.8%) was 88.6%.The ratio of CSF regular type fever of the rabbits with CSF antibody more than 1:4(++)(56.7%) was 79.1%.更多还原
