北极狐细小病毒分离及VP2基因的进化分析

【摘要】 采用F81细胞从患有肠炎的北极狐粪便样品中分离出两株病毒,经形态学、血清学、生物学和病毒分子生物学鉴定分离的病毒为细小病毒。对两株细小病毒VP2基因进行克隆和基因进化分析表明,两株病毒与水貂肠炎细小病毒(MEV)的同源性最高,分析可能MEV的适应株,分别命名为PV/Fox/625-1/08和PV/Fox/711-1/08。
【Abstract】 Two parvovirus strains were isolated from feces of Alopex lagopus by F81 cell.Both of them were designated as parvovirus strains,through a series of identification assays,such as morphological,serology,biological and molecular virology assay. and named as PV/Fox/625-1/08和PV/Fox/711-1/08 respectively.Sequences analysis of the VP2 genes showed high homology to MEV strains.
