【摘要】 采用双重PCR方法,结合常规细菌分离技术,对广东地区2007年6月～2008年5月间59个猪场送检的189个30-80日龄发病猪进行了副猪嗜血杆菌和猪链球菌的检测,结果副猪嗜血杆菌阳性猪场为19个,阳性率为32.2%;链球菌阳性的猪场为38个,阳性率为64.41%,混合感染率达22.03%;粤北地区猪只感染副猪嗜血杆菌的阳性率最高(26.67%),粤东地区猪只感染猪链球菌的阳性率最高(50%);9～12月是Hps的高发期,12月～2月是HPS和SS的高发时期。该研究为副猪嗜血杆菌和猪链球菌的流行病学研究奠定了基础,也为该病的预防和防治提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 189 unsound pigs from 59 different swine herds were detected for Haemophilus parasuis(Hps) ang Streptococcus suis(SS) by means of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and routine bacteria isolation from June,2007 to May,2008 in Guangdong. 19 Swine herds(32.2%) of them were infected by Haemophilus parasuis,and 38 herds(64.41%) of them were infected by Streptococcus suis,otherwise,22.03%of them by both of the two pathogens.Hps and SS were isolated from 0-26.67%and 13.33-58.33%of pigs respectively.Swine herds in Yuedong area had a higher infection rate of SS(up to 50%),but in Yuebei area the highest infection rate of HPS was 26.67%.It was revealed that pigs in Guangdong suffer from HPS and SS more easily in winter.更多还原
