【摘要】 中医是意象医学,是运用原始的形象思维为认知方法或称"原始认知"的医学。意象对话心理学方法,是一种使用原始形象思维进行认知的方法,因此可以用于中医,并进一步改进中医的思维。在研究中,我们已经成功地借助意象对话研究了脏腑意象等内容。根据意象对话的研究,中医的诊断过程也是一个形象思维或原始认知的过程。医生用心理意象的方式来归类,从而把医生观察患者面色、脉搏所感受到的特点用意象表达出来,就成为了气色、脉象等。患者对病患给自己身体所带来的改变,会有主观的内在感受。这些内在感受,可以转化为一些意象来进行表达。比如"上盛则梦飞,下盛则梦坠"就是用梦的意象来自发表达他们对身体的感受。意象对话方法,可以系统地引导患者,用各种象征性的意象,来表达他们身体的种种内在体验——包括一些感知阈限下的内部感觉,也会在意象对话引导下通过意象反映出来,因此,意象对话可以成为一种中医诊断的辅助性方法。研究发现,患者的意象和病症之间往往有着很显著的对应关系。例如:按照中医诊断内热的患者,在意象对话中的确会有很多和"火"、"燃烧"等有关的意象;按照中医诊断寒的患者,则会有"冰雪"、"阴冷的山洞"等意象出现;按照中医诊断有"痰湿"的患者,则可能在意象中会有"沼泽"、"下水道"等意象;按照中医诊断为虚的患者,则可以会有荒凉的土地等意象。更仔细地总结会发现,不同脏腑的阴阳盛衰等,则意象对话中也都可以通过意象的内容分辨出来。在服用药物后,也可以通过意象对话,看到药物的意象和患者原来的意象如何相互作用。因此,意象对话可以辅助中医的诊断。对此,值得进行更深入具体的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medical science is "imagery medical science",that is to say that,traditional Chinese science is the type of medical science cognizes by imaginal thinking(or "primitive cognition").Meanwhile,Imagery Communication Psychotherapy(ICP) is the type of psychotherapy cognizes by imaginal thinking.Therefore,ICP is applicable to traditional Chinese Medical science,and probably advancing its original concepts.We have successfully done the researches,such likeviscera imageries,via ICP method.According to our researches,we found the great similarities between ICP and traditional Chinese Medical Science.We see the diagnosing process of traditional Chinese medical science as a cognition process of imaginal thinking:The doctors summarized the characteristics of the information about certain patients by imageries so that it became the so-called "the colors of Qi","the imageries of pulse",and so on.On the other side,the patients also have their own subjective feelings about their physical illness.These feelings can also be "translated" into imageries,such as "flying dreams mean the top exuberant and falling dreams mean the bottom exuberant".The doctors guide the patients express their "problems" by imageries,so that not only the patients are allowed to express about their true feelings in details with the awareness but without indulged into it,but also the imageries can be used as the diagnosis and intervention tool among the doctor-patient interactions.The studies found that the patients‘ imageries and their diagnosis often significantly related.For examples:the imageries of the patients who were diagnosed as "Inner Heat",often related to "the fire" or "burning";the imageries of the patients who were diagnosed as "Cold Symptoms",often related to "the ice","the snow",or "the cold cave";the imageries of the patients who were diagnosed as "Wet Symptoms",often related to "the marsh" or "the sewage";the imageries of the patients who were diagnosed as "Xu Symptoms",and so on.In a word,we can mostly distinguish the basic types of the illness by the related imageries presented.Even after a patient taking the Chinese medicine,we can "monitoring" the transforming process of how the Chinese medicine interacting with the patient‘s original imageries.Therefore,we believe that ICP can make an useful assistant of the diagnosis of traditional Chinese Medical science,and it is worthwhile for further studies.更多还原
