【摘要】 教师作为工作倦怠的高发人群已成为众多国内外学者研究的一个重点。目前研究多关注中小学教师,对体育院校教师作为一个群体的研究较少,而体育院校教师与其他院校相比具有明显的职业特点,因此本研究对体育院校教师工作倦怠和工作满意感状况进行调查,试图从消极(工作倦怠)和积极(工作满意感)两个方面对体育院校教师的工作状态进行较为全面、深入的探讨,为预防和缓解体育院校教师职业倦怠提供参考的途径,为减轻体育院校教师的工作压力,调动教师的工作积极性,找回教师工作的价值和尊严,重新强化工作的内隐功能具有重要的意义。选用《工作倦怠通用量表(MBI-GS)》和《教师工作满意度调查表》对128名体育院校教师进行问卷调查,试图从消极(工作倦怠)和积极(工作满意感)两个方面对体育院校教师的工作状态进行较为全面、深入的探讨。结果发现:体育院校教师工作倦怠的程度总体并不严重,但情绪衰竭因子得分偏高,具有内隐性的特点,其中男教师、未婚教师、职业生涯的11-15年和双肩挑的教师倦怠状况较为严重;体育院校教师的工作倦怠与年龄负相关,与其工作满意度呈显著性负相关;体育院校教师的工作满意度相对较低,特别是对工资报酬和晋升机会的满意度过低,其中女教师、青年教师、双肩挑教师、低收入教师表现更为突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a group with high risk of job burnout,teachers have become the focus of studies by many domestic and foreign researchers.However,current studies pay more attention to teachers in primary and secondary schools,while teachers in sports colleges and universities have seldom been discussed.Thus this study,through a survey on their job burnout and satisfaction,aims to discuss the negative(burnout) and positive(job satisfaction) working conditions and to provide references to the prevention and mitigation of teachers’ job burnout and satisfaction in sports institutes which has its significance in reducing their work pressure and increasing their work enthusiasm,as well as returning their job value and dignity and restrengthening the implicit function of teachers’ work.Through a survey on job burnout and satisfaction of 128 teachers in sports institutes by tools of MBI-GS and Survey on Teacher’s Job Satisfaction,the negative (burnout) and positive(job satisfaction) working conditions are discussed comprehensively.The findings show that job burnout of teachers in sports institutes is not severe,but the scoring of emotional exhaustion factor is rather high with implicit features,and male teachers,unmarried teachers and those with a working age between 11 and 15 years and with double roles of teaching and management show relatively serious job burnout;there is a negative correlation between job burnout and the age of teachers in sports institutes,and a significant negative correlation with job satisfaction which is relatively low in sports institutes,especially for the satisfaction with payment and promotion chances,which can been found more easily among female teachers,young teachers,teachers with double roles and with low payment.更多还原
