【摘要】 本论文基于心理咨询的基本理论,结合心理咨询的工作实务,提出了意义转换疗法。此疗法的理论假设是,现实生活中由具体的人、物及事引发的心理困惑,都在一定程度上与求助者赋予此相关人、物及事的意义密切相关。首先,对意义转换疗法的内涵进行了界定,并明确指出,意义转换疗法是求助者通过主动重选影响自身心理状态的事件的表征意义,此表征意义是积极可行的,从而达到调整心理失衡、保持愉悦健康的目的。其次,对意义转换疗法与其他相关的心理咨询与治疗方法的特征进行了比较,进一步确立意义转换疗法的共同性以及它所具有的独特性。第三,对意义转换疗法的工作程序做了具体介绍,提出了四步操作方案(即EMER),也就是发现正在发生的事件、确定针对事件的意义、扩展针对事件的意义、重选积极可行的意义。最后,本文把意义转换疗法的操作方案具体运用到典型的心理咨询个案中,结果充分证实了意义转换疗法的可行与有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Meaning-transfered Therapy has been put forward in this article on the basis of basic theories of psychological counseling and integration of concrete work practice of psychological counseling.The theoretical hypothesis of this therapy is that all the mental disorders caused by concrete persons,objects and events of the realistic life are closely related to the meaning of these persons,objects and events which the client has endowed them with.First of all,the contents of meaning-transfered therapy have been defined.In the meantime,it is definitely revealed that meaning-transfered therapy is for the client to adjust his/her psychological balance and to keep happiness and health by reselecting actively the positive and available representative meanings of happening events which affect his/her own mental states.Secondly,the characteristics between meaning-transfered therapy and other related therapies of psychological counseling and psychotherapy in order to further distinguish the similarities and characteristics of meaning-transfered therapy.Thirdly,the working routine of meaning-transfered therapy has been introduced.And a four-stage operational program(namely EMER) has been established which is to look for and finding the happening events,to confirm the meanings related to the events,to expand the meanings related to the events,to reselect the positive and available the meanings related to the events.Finally,this operational program of meaning-transfered therapy has been carried out into the practice of concrete cases of psychological counseling which verifies the availability and validity of meaning-transfered therapy.Meanwhile,更多还原
