【摘要】 在当前的道德判断研究中,道德难题可分为亲身难题(personal dilemma)和非亲身难题(impersonal dilemma)。本研究假设先前意图的私人意图的利益最大化可能是解释高冲突难题的有效视角。研究围绕3个问题设计了3个实验进行考查:(1)同样是高冲突亲身难题,中国文化背景下的被试将会做出怎样的判断?(2)认知、时间负荷对被试的道德判断有怎样的影响?是否会使被试的判断出现逆转?(3)私人意图卷入的程度对高冲突亲身难题判断会发挥怎样的作用?功利性判断会出现逆转吗?实验结果表明:(1)高冲突亲身难题中,婴儿哭泣难题,被试做出功利性判断,天桥难题,被试做出非功利性判断。(2)认知负荷只是在一定程度上降低了私人意图道德难题功利性判断的比例。(3)时间负荷对高冲突亲身难题的作用有一定的局限性,被试在私人意图道德难题中依然采取功利性判断。(4)私人意图卷入低,被试的功利性判断出现逆转,被试倾向于做非功利性判断;私人意图卷入高,被试倾向于做出功利性判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the current study of moral judgment,moral dilemma is divided into personal dilemma and impersonal dilemma.We believe that the maximized interests in private intention of prior intention is the best way to explain the personal high-conflict dilemma.Three experiments has been designed to explore subjects in the high-conflict problems in themselves reasons.To take a different judgment,do they coincide with the foreigner and what are the impact of the factors?(1) Under the Chinese culture,the same personal high-conflict dilemma,how do subjects make decisions?(2) How do cognition and time load effect subjects’ decisions in the moral judgement? Can they do the opposite? How do subjects make decisions with the moral judgment in cognition and time load?(3) How do the impact of private intention in the personal high-conflict dilemma.The results showed that:(1) In this experiment,the choices of subjects are the same with foreigners.(2) Cognition load has a little impact.It was tested to determine the type of utilitarian judgments to be a certain proportion of the decline(to determine "no" ratio).(3) The experiment has showed that the loading time way in the context of Chinese culture is very limited,private intention moral dilemma did not change the utilitarian judgments.(4) The experimental results have showed that subjects in the high-involvement of private interests,the tendency to choose "yes" of the judgment,in the private interest was low-involvement,tend to choose "no" judgments.更多还原
