【摘要】 本研究通过采用Campell编制的幸福感指数量表、Bradburn编制的情感量表和Diener编制的总体生活满意度量表以及生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)对山东、湖南、福建、山西四个地区随机抽取的309名煤矿工人进行测试,考察煤矿工人主观幸福感与生存质量的现状及其关系。结果发现:(1)煤矿工人的主观幸福感总体水平较低;(2)煤矿工人的主观幸福感在地区、学历、工种三个因素上存在差异,山西省煤矿工人的幸福感指数较高,山东省煤矿工人的生活满意度较高,高学历者的主观幸福感高于低学历者,采掘人员在情感方面逊于其他工人;(3)煤矿工人的生存质量总体水平较差;(4)煤矿工人的生存质量在地区、学历、工种三个因素上存在差异,山东省煤矿工人的生存质量高于其他地区,高学历者的生存质量高于低学历者,测绘人员的生存质量高于采掘人员;(5)煤矿工人主观幸福感与生存质量存在显著相关,主观幸福感对其生存质量有明显的预测作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To examine the relationship between subjective well-being(SWB) and the quality of life(QOL) of Mine workers,based on scales such as Index of well-being,Affect scales,SWLS and WHOQOL-BREF,309 Mine workers selected from Shandong,Hunan,Fujian and Shanxi randomly were measured.Results shows that(1) Mine workers’SWB overall level is low.(2) There are differences in areas,education backgroud and type of work on SWB.The mine workers who are from Shanxi have higher well-being index and the mine workers who are from Shandong have higher SWLS.The highly educated Mine workers’SWB above the low educational level.Mining workers are not as good as others in the emotional.(3)Mine workers’QOL is poor.(4) There are differences in areas,education backgroud and type of work on QOL.The mine workers who are from Shandong have higher QOL. The highly educated Mine workers’QOL above the low educational level.The QOL of surveying and mapping personnel is higher than mining personnel’s.(5) Mine workers SWB and QOL exists significant correlation,and QOL could predict SWB of Mine workers significantly.更多还原
