【摘要】 作为国家培养高层次人才的基地,高等学校肩负着培养满足社会需求的人才、提高人才资源的质量的责任与使命。面对社会竞争的日益加剧,社会对人才的要求不断提高,大学生心理问题不断增多的趋势,各高校都加强了对学生心理教育与辅导的力度,但总体效果不明显,这无疑是对高校人才培养的一个严重困扰,也影响到大学生个人的长远发展以及家庭的和谐。心理资本理论是在积极组织行为学、心理学发展基础上提出的新理论,是人力资源管理理论的拓展。心理资本理论的引入,为高校人才培养提供了一个新的视角。本文在文献研究的基础上,简要介绍了国内外心理资本概念、内涵、构成要素及心理资本对员工和领导的影响,然后介绍了大学生心理资本概念、内涵、构成要素,对女大学生、特困生、学业倦怠学生的影响等方面的研究,最后分析了大学生心理资本研究中存在的问题及应用展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the base for our nation to cultivate high quality personnel,the institutions of higher education take the responsibility of helping students to meet the social needs and improve their qualities.Being faced with the increasing competition in the society and the raising standard of human resources,there is an uptrend of university students’ psychological problems.Many universities have devoted more power to university students’ psychological counseling and education,however,the overall result is not obvious,which is definitely a serious complication for the higher education institutions’ personnel cultivation and also an obstacle to students’ individual long-term development as well as the family harmony.The psychological capital theory based on the positive organizational behavior and psychology is a development of human resources management theory.The introduction of psychological capital theory provides a new perspective of personnel cultivation.Based on the reviews of the literature,this paper briefly introduces the concept,the connotation,the elements of psychological capital theory and its influence to staffs and leaders.We then introduces university students’ psychological capital in details and studies how it influences female university students,destitute students and burnout students.Finally,we analyze the existing problems and prospect the application of university students’ psychological capital research.更多还原
